We can help you manage various issues/illnesses, whether it be to gain weight, lose weight, find relief for bowel issues,improve heart health,improve metabolic health,live with diabetes and achieve good control or whether it is to gain or lose weight. We are also able to help those with cancer as well as cancer survivors eat healthily.

Each clients need is attended to by ensuring that they receive an individualised approach and sound nutritional advice.

What can I do to maintain my weight during the holiday season?

Holidays are for relaxing and having a good time. It is only natural that you will be eating out more often with friends and family. Don't stress about it. Eat food that you like and enjoy.Weigh yourself once a week, and if you have gained weight in comparison to the previous week, eat only fruit and vegetables on Friday (just before the week-end!)
