What can I do to maintain my weight during the holiday season?

Holidays are for relaxing and having a good time. It is only natural that you will be eating out more often with friends and family. Don't stress about it. Eat food that you like and enjoy.Weigh yourself once a week, and if you have gained weight in comparison to the previous week, eat only fruit and vegetables on Friday (just before the week-end!)
